Crouse-Hinds series NJB and NC non-metallic junction boxes and control enclosures are ideal for applications where a corrosion-, heat- and water-resistant enclosure is required.

These boxes are installed in conduit systems to act as a pull box for conductors, provide openings and space for making splices and taps in conductors, provide for branch circuit runs, provide access to conductors for maintenance and future system changes, and to enclose and protect electrical devices.

  • Adjustable mounting feet permit side or top mounting (size 1018 and larger)
  • Removable enclosure covers with Hypalon gaskets – hinged type optional – to provide full interior access for ease of wiring
  • Hinged access door standard on NCE control enclosure covers
  • Flat neoprene access door gaskets

Standard materials

  • Enclosure – Krydon fiberglass-reinforced polyester
  • Gasket – neoprene
  • Mounting plates – steel with electrogalvanized finish
