Our range of marine BS / FB cable glands are specific French Navy cable management solutions as per the former MN 823-C standards.
These IP66 tight cable glands allow the connection of non armoured or marine cables without the coupling of the armour.
Made of natural brass, the FB version accommodates a natural rubber sealing where the BS version uses a neoprene one. Both achieve an IP66 tightness on the outer sheath of the cable as well as a perfect tensile strength. With two operating temperatures ranges, the BS / FB ranges meet the different requirements for cable entries management for enclosures or bulkhead connections in marine environments.
